Manage room rates for individual properties in Multi-Property
Updated over a week ago

Multi-Property lets you manage room rates across multiple properties. After creating rate plans, you can assign room types to them and manage the resulting room rates. You can manage these individual room rates directly in Multi-Property or through each property's SiteMinder platform.

About managing room rates for individual properties

When you assign room types to a rate plan in Multi-Property, separate room rates are automatically created for each property. These room rates will appear in each property's SiteMinder platform. By default, room rates inherit their values from the rate plan, but you can override these values if needed.
