Booking.com enhanced sync in Multi-Property
Manage your property's rooms and rates quickly and easily without needing to log in to Booking.com. Enhanced Sync removes the duplicate effort of needing to create rooms and rates on the Booking.com extranet, allowing you to maximise revenue opportunities by making new rates bookable in moments.

Enable Enhanced sync for Multi-property
For new Booking.com connections, when you connect Booking.com, enhanced sync will be automatically enabled.
If you already have Booking.com connected, SiteMinder will soon automatically upgrade your Booking.com connection to enhanced sync. We will notify you ahead of time before your upgrade, but if you would like to enable enhanced sync sooner, contact our support team.
Once you have enabled Enhanced sync and mapped all required room types, rate plans, and room rates, you can use Multi-Property to bulk edit and distribute rate plans to Booking.com across all your properties at once — without needing to manage each property individually.
How to distribute rates to Booking.com in Multi-property with enhanced sync
To manage and distribute group rate plans to Booking.com directly from Multi-Property:
In Multi-Property, go to Distribution > Rate plans > click on the rate plan.
Click into the Channels tab.
Under Enhanced sync channels > click “Manage” on the Booking.com tile.
💡 At least one of the properties assigned to the rate plan needs to be Enhanced Sync enabled for Booking.com to show under the Enhanced Sync Channels tile.
In the Config tab, set inclusions (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all inclusive) and restrictions (minimum advance booking and maximum advance booking).
In the Policies tab, set a cancellation policy. Choose a cancellation policy from Booking.com via the drop-down list (the drop-down includes all cancellation policies across all properties that have Booking.com Enhanced sync enabled). Note: Deposits must still be set up directly in Booking.com. You can set only one cancellation policy per rate plan or room type mapping, and seasonal or temporary cancellation policies are not supported.
Click on the ellipsis button (three dots button) at the top right of the page, then click Distribute.
Select the properties / rates you want to distribute the rate to on Booking.com (properties must have Enhanced sync enabled).
Click the Distribute button.
💡Notes:
You can set only one cancellation policy per rate plan or room type mapping. Seasonal or temporary cancellation policies are not supported.
Reservation deposits must be set up directly in Booking.com.
The rate plan configuration in Multi-Property will overwrite any changes made in the SiteMinder platform. If there are any mismatched settings, an “Overrides” label will show next to the property name in the Properties tab.
You can create a new rate plan or use an existing one using the Import feature.
