Booking.com is a leading online travel agency and one of our most popular channels, and with more than 28 million listings worldwide, connecting to it can significantly boost your property’s reservations, revenue, and visibility.
The Enhanced Sync feature makes it easy to map to Booking.com. You can manage your property’s room types and room rates via the SiteMinder platform without needing to log into Booking.com.
Inventory updates supported by Booking.com
Booking.com supports the following inventory updates:

Availability
Minimum stay / minimum stay on arrival
Maximum stay / maximum stay on arrival
Stop sell
CTA (closed to arrival)
CTD (closed to departure)
Important notes
Booking.com has a maximum inventory update period of 545 days.
We send minimum/maximum stay as 'through' to Booking.com by default. This can be changed in Channel settings if needed.
Enhanced sync: When enabled, your room type and room rate updates will be centrally managed via our platform and certain settings will be synced to Booking.com, including rate plan settings and room type details.
How to connect to Booking.com
Step 1: Set up SiteMinder connection in Booking.com extranet first
First, create a Booking.com account, and connect “SiteMinder RDX” in Booking.com’s extranet. You must do this before connecting the channel in your platform.
Step 2: Connect Booking.com in your platform
Go to Distribution > Channels.
Open the All channels tab to see a list of all the available channels.
Find and click on Booking.com.
Click Connect.
Click the button Log in to Booking.com.
Select the property that you want to connect to Booking.com.
Take note of the Hotel ID (also called hotel code or property code).
Confirm the connection to ‘SiteMinder RDX’.
Click Save.
Enter your Reservation e-mail address and your Property code.
Configure optional settings:
Currency conversion (if necessary)
Rate multiplier (if necessary)
Review the connection and click Connect.
