Multi-Property serves as your central hub for managing rates across your entire property portfolio. After creating rate plans at the group level, you can customise them for specific properties. You can manage these individual rates directly in Multi-Property or through each property's SiteMinder platform.
About managing rates for individual properties
When a rate plan is created in Multi-Property and assigned to properties, separate rate plans are automatically created for each property and will appear in each property’s SiteMinder platform. You have three options for managing these individual rate plans:
Let them automatically inherit all changes from the main Multi-Property rate plan.
Manage them independently in Multi-Property with specific overrides.
Manage them through each property's SiteMinder platform.
This flexibility lets you balance efficient bulk updates with customisation for specific properties.
