Multi-Property allows you to centrally manage rate plans across your hotel group or property portfolio. Create one rate plan and distribute it to multiple properties, saving time on individual property updates.
Create a multi-property rate plan
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Click the ellipsis button (three dots button).
Select New rate plan.
Enter a name for your multi-property rate plan.
Add a description to help your team identify this rate plan.
Add tags to help filter and find the rate plan.
Set minimum stay requirements.
Enter your release period.
Add inclusions such as breakfast.
Select your currency setting for all linked properties.
Choose Manually input daily rates or Derive daily rates for your rate setup.
For manual rates, enter your full rate amount.
For derived rates, select your master rate plan and adjustment method.
Enter any rate adjustments if using derived rates.
Click Save.
Monitor your multi-property rate plans
Access your rate plan details in Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans to:
Check which properties use each multi-property rate plan
View channel and integration mapping status across your portfolio
See suggestions to assign the rate plan to more properties or import property rate plans
Monitor any warnings or issues affecting multiple properties
Edit a multi-property rate plan
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Select your multi-property rate plan.
Click the Config tab.
Click Edit.
Update your settings.
Click Save.
⚠️ Your changes will apply to all property-level rate plans within this multi-property rate plan, but property-specific overrides remain unchanged.
Delete a multi-property rate plan
Go to Multi-Property > Distribution > Rate plans.
Select your multi-property rate plan.
Click the ellipsis button (three dots button) and select Delete rate plan.
Choose if you want to delete the rate plan from all connected property channel managers.
Click Delete.
⚠️ Note:
This action permanently deletes the rate plan from all properties
You must delete channel mappings separately for each property
Leave this unticked to keep individual property rate plans: “Would you like to also delete all associated property rate plans, rates and mapped channel rates in channel manager?”
