How to download and install the SiteMinder mobile app, and explore the features available.

About the SiteMinder mobile app

With the SiteMinder mobile app, you can access these features while on the go:

  • Your property’s dashboard — a snapshot of your property’s availability, performance and reservation activities.

  • Inventory grid — monitor and take quick action to update your rates, availability, and restrictions.

  • Property status and Channel status — view the overall status of your property and any alerts for your channels that require attention.

  • Access our help centre or get in touch with our support team via the chat function.

Download the SiteMinder mobile app

The SiteMinder mobile app is available for free with the latest versions of iOS and Android on both smartphones and tablets. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Log in to the SiteMinder mobile app

Once you have downloaded and installed the mobile app, launch it, and log in using the same account details you use to log in to SiteMinder from your desktop (you need to have a SiteMinder account with the relevant user permissions).

If you manage more than one property, you will be asked after logging in to select which property you want to view — just select the relevant property and tap Continue.

You can also switch properties at any time via the Home tab > tap the gear icon (Settings), then tap Switch properties.

Use the SiteMinder app to protect your account: You can use your SiteMinder mobile app as your multi-factor-authentication (MFA) option. Simply authenticate by matching a unique number and using biometric login (face or fingerprint recognition).

Navigate your SiteMinder mobile app

Home (Dashboard)

In your mobile app’s Home tab, view a snapshot of your property’s availability, performance and reservation activities (your dashboard view).

View your property's daily operations at a glance:

  • The Today section shows your property’s Arrivals, Departures, Stays, Cancellations, and New bookings for the present day.

  • The Availability section shows your available rooms across a five-day view. Scroll across to view up to 14 days of availability.

Your mobile app’s Home tab also provides a snapshot of your property's performance metrics, showing you:

  • Rooms sold — the total number of rooms booked per night within seven days.

  • Revenue — the total revenue earned for all your reservations made within seven days. Includes total reservation amounts for paid and unpaid bookings.

  • Channel breakdown — shows the number of bookings per channel based on the date(s) set in the Rooms sold or Revenue graph.

See insights for seven days compared to the same dates last year. Check up to 14 days of data (present and future dates, not past dates). Scroll left or right to move across the calendar.

The Average is calculated by comparing data for the dates selected to the same dates compared to last year.

Settings

To access the Settings in your mobile app, tap the gear icon (top left of the Home tab). Settings contains:

  • Property status and channel status

  • User preferences (notification settings)

  • Help and support

  • Switch properties or log out

Property status and channel status

In your mobile app’s Settings, view the overall status of your property and any alerts for your channels that require attention:

  • Property status — view the overall status of your property.

  • Channel status — view any alerts for your channels that require attention, such as any Channel errors, Disabled channels, as well as a list of your Enabled channels, and channels Awaiting setup. Tap on an alert to view its detailed information and a suggested solution (if applicable).

User preferences

In Settings under User preferences, set your notification settings for:

  • Distribution — live alerts for your connected channels and connectivities (PMS/RMS/CRS).

To log out of the mobile app, in Settings, tap Log out, or to switch properties, tap Switch properties.

Get help and support and find quick answers to your questions while on the go, directly from your mobile app.

Access our help centre

To access help resources from your mobile app, tap the settings gear icon (top left of the Home tab) > then under Help and support, tap Chat support > tap Help.

Start a chat

You can chat with Sim, our AI chatbot, and our support team directly via your mobile app. Under Help and support, tap Chat support > tap Send us a message.

Stay updated: find announcements and messages in Chat support > Messages.

Manage inventory via the mobile app

Manage your inventory on the move with the SiteMinder mobile app. Make quick updates to rates, availability, and restrictions — stop-sell, min/max length of stay and close to arrivals/departures — all from your mobile device.

Access your inventory grid in the Distribution tab. You’ll see your inventory across five days, and scroll across to access up to 736 days.

Make quick updates to your inventory in bulk (Bulk update button), or apply a one-off update directly on the inventory grid.

Filter the mobile app’s inventory grid:

Tap the All rates & availabilities drop-down menu (top left) to filter by:

  • All rates & availabilities, Manual rates & availabilities, Availabilities only, or by a certain restriction like stop sell.

Filter by room types, rate plans, or channels by tapping on these drop-down menus at the top of the inventory grid.

Tap on a channel rate (the channel name under a room rate) to view details for the channel rate including the rate it is Mapped to, Rates derived, Rate modification, and any currency conversion or channel errors.
