View and manage your availability, rates, and restrictions via the SiteMinder mobile app.

The SiteMinder mobile app is free and available for iOS and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Manage your inventory on the move using the SiteMinder mobile app. Make quick updates to rates, availability, and restrictions — stop-sell, min/max length of stay and close to arrivals/departures — all from your smartphone or tablet.

Note: you need to have a SiteMinder account with Admin or general Distribution - Inventory permissions to access your property’s inventory.

Access your inventory grid via the mobile app

  1. Open your SiteMinder mobile app.

  2. Tap the Distribution tab.

You’ll see your inventory across five days, and scroll across to access up to 736 future days. Tap the date picker to jump to a specific date. Tap the calendar icon to return to today's date.

Filter your view

Customise what you see in the inventory grid.

Tap All rates & availabilities (top left) to filter by:

  • All rates & availabilities, Manual rates & availabilities, Availabilities only, or by a certain restriction like Stop sell, Close to arrival, Close to departures, Min length of stays, or Max length of stays.

You can also filter by room types, rate plans, or channels by tapping on these drop-down menus at the top of the inventory grid.

View details for a channel rate

Tap on a channel rate (the channel name under a room rate) to view details for the channel rate including:

  • The rate it is Mapped to

  • Rates derived

  • Rate modification

  • Any currency conversion

  • Any channel errors

From here in the channel rate, you can take quick action to apply a stop sell for today only, or make a different quick bulk update.

Tip:

  • Tap the question mark icon to see what colours and symbols mean in the grid.

  • To see your channel rates for each mapped room rate, tap on the down arrow next to the rate plan name under each room type.

  • Derived rates are greyed out as they cannot be manually changed.

Make bulk updates using the mobile app

Update rates, availability, and restrictions at once, across multiple dates using the mobile app:

  1. Log into your mobile app > tap the Distribution tab.

  2. Tap the Bulk update button.

  3. Next to Set, choose what to update: Availability , Rates, Close to arrivals, Close to departures, Stop sell, Min. length of stays or Max. length of stays.

  4. In the To field, enter the new value, or tap on enabled/disabled for a restriction.

  5. Select the Date range. Choose specific days, if needed. Add multiple date ranges using the Add another date range button.

  6. Next to Apply to section, select the room types, room rates, or channel rates to update.

  7. Tap Save.

Make quick updates for a specific date using the mobile app

To update rates, availability or restrictions for a single date:

  1. Log into your mobile app > tap the Distribution tab.

  2. Set the filter to what you want to update (All rates & availabilities, Manual rates & availabilities, Availabilities only, or a restriction).

  3. Find the date and room type/rate to update.

  4. Tap the current value.

  5. Enter the new value.

  6. Tap Done or Save.
