Minimum stay through — this restriction applies to all of the days booked in the reservation. For example, if you set this restriction to ‘3’ for 2 June and a guest wants to book a two-night reservation starting on 1 June, they will not be able to make the reservation.
Maximum stay — also called ‘maximum stay on arrival’, this restriction only applies to the check-in day.

Connect Agoda
💡 To connect Agoda to our platform, you need an Agoda account — if you do not have one, go to Agoda’s website, create an account, and set up your property before proceeding.
Step 1: connect Siteminder RDX to Agoda
Log in to Agoda’s extranet, select ‘SiteMinder RDX’ as your connectivity provider, and take note of the Hotel ID that Agoda has assigned to your property.
💡 For more assistance with this step, contact Agoda Support directly.
Step 2: add Agoda to your platform
Go to Distribution > Channels and add the channel ‘Agoda’.
Step 3: follow the steps in the Channel Connection Wizard
Enter the Hotel ID (noted during step 1).
Select the Currency your property is using on Agoda and click on Next…
Review the connection and click on Finish.
Once connected, please wait 24 hours for our support team to confirm the connection with Agoda.
Step 4: ensure that you have rooms and rates created in Agoda’s extranet
While our support team confirms the connection with Agoda, ensure that you have rooms and rates created in Agoda’s extranet with configurations matching those in our platform. Also make sure you have one room rate in our platform for each Agoda room rate you want to map. (: and
Step 5: set up your Agoda channel settings
Once our support team has activated Agoda’s connection, go to Distribution > Channels tab.
On the My channels tab, locate Agoda and click on its ellipsis button (...).
On the Channel actions menu, select Update channel settings.
On the Channel settings tab, click on the edit button to modify settings.
When ready, click on Save.
Popular settings:
Reservation commission percentage — enable this to add the percentage of the reservation’s commission on top of the total reservation amount (whether received or not). (: .)
Use reservation sell amount — there are two sub-settings for this:
if Yes is selected — when an Agoda reservation arrives in our platform, it will store the sell rate (with commissions included).
If No is selected — when an Agoda reservation is received by our platform, it will store the net rate (without commissions included). Therefore, if a reservation had a net rate of 100 USD, a sell rate of 110 USD, and you only wanted to use the net rate, you should select No (the default option); but if you wanted to use the sell rate instead, you should select Yes.
Use min stay through — when selected, our platform will send Agoda the minimum stay through instead of our default minimum stay on arrival. (: )
Step 6: map your rates to Agoda
You can now map your room rates to Agoda.
Here are some of the settings you will be asked to configure while mapping your rates to Agoda:
Included occupancy — the number of guests included in the price of the room under this rate.
Maximum occupancy — the maximum number of guests that can be booked for the room under this rate.
Extra adult rate — the amount charged (in the property’s primary currency) for each extra guest not included in the Included occupancy.
Single guest discount — the discount applied when the room rate is booked for only one guest. When configuring this, choose between either an amount (in other words, a fixed discount in the property’s primary currency) or a percentage (that is, a discount based on a percentage of the price, depending on the stay date) and enter the necessary value. If you do not want to apply a discount, however, set the discount type to None.
Extra bed rate — the amount charged for each extra bed added to the room. (Only configure this after setting an extra bed for the corresponding room rate via Agoda’s extranet — for more assistance with this, directly. )
Step 7: check your inventory and enable Agoda
Once you have completed mapping, follow these steps:
Check that the data in your inventory is correct.
Enable Agoda (in Channel settings).
