Update your property’s services in Property settings: your Property description , Features and Instructions to the location.

Update property services

To manage your property’s services (property description, features, and location instructions):

  1. Click on your property name in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Property settings.

  3. Click on the Services tab.

  4. Update your property description, features, and instructions to the location.

This information appears on your booking engine and certain details are sent to the channels you connect to on Channels Plus.

Property description

💡 Guests will see your Property description in your booking engine's About tab. It will also be sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus.

Create a compelling description that highlights what makes your property unique:

  • History and character of your property

  • Special amenities and services

  • Culinary offerings

  • Proximity to tourist attractions

  • Access to public transport

Features

💡 Guests will see your Features in your booking engine's About tab. Your Features will also be sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus.

  • Property facilities: Select amenities that make your property special and attract guests. These are property-level facilities. Examples include air conditioning, barbeque/picnic area, conference facilities, meeting rooms, pool, restaurant, wireless internet in public areas, and wheelchair access

  • Parking: Specify the parking options available at your property. Examples include free parking, on-site parking, valet parking, truck parking, and accessible parking

  • Transport: Select available transport options. Examples include airport shuttle service, courtesy car, limousine service, and train access

Location instructions

💡 Guests will see your Instructions to the location in your booking engine's Contact tab and in their direct booking confirmation e-mail.

Provide clear directions to help guests find your property easily. You can include:

  • Landmarks to look for

  • Nearby public transport options

  • Directions from airports or train stations

  • Parking information

💡Add translations for your booking engine’s policies in Direct Booking > Configuration > Translations > Property settings.
