Manage your property settings in your SiteMinder platform.

Manage and update property settings in your SiteMinder platform.

Manage your property settings: property details, general information, policies, services, and media. Certain property settings appear on your booking engine and are sent to supported channels.

To update your property settings, click on your property name in the top navigation bar > click Property settings.

Property details

Update your property's name, address, contact information, star rating, and tax ID in Property settings > Property details tab: These details will be displayed on your booking engine and sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus.

General information

Update your currency settings, inventory settings, and language and region settings in Property settings > General information tab:

  • Set your base currency and currency conversion options

  • Set up your property minimum rate

  • Set your maximum update period for channels

  • Define weekend days for easy visualisation in the inventory grid

  • Enable auto-replenishment for cancelled or modified reservations

  • Set your base language, units of measurement, and time zone

Policies

Manage your property's policies that guests need to know in Property settings > Policies tab:

  • Check-in and check-out times: displayed on your booking engine and sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus. May also be shared with channels that support content sync

  • Smoking policy: displayed on your booking engine

  • Terms, conditions and privacy policy: displayed on your booking engine

Services

Add content for your property in Property settings > Services tab:

  • Property description: displayed on your booking engine and will also be sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus

  • Property features and amenities: displayed on your booking engine and will also be sent to channels you connect to on Channels Plus

  • Instructions to help guests find your location: displayed on your booking engine and in the confirmation e-mail

Media library

Upload and manage images of your property and rooms in Property settings > Media library tab.

Your property's images from your Media library will be displayed on:

  • Your booking engine

  • Channels you connect to on Channels Plus

  • Channels that support receiving images from our platform (such as Airbnb)

💡Add translations for your booking engine’s property settings in Direct Booking > Configuration > Translations > Property settings.
