Channel Manager: simplified channel rate configuration with Agoda |
We have made the process of configuring rates for Channel Manager and Agoda even easier by introducing simplified channel rate configuration fields, specifically: Included occupancy, Maximum occupancy, Extra adult rate, and Single guest discount.
If you want to start using these fields now, all you need to do is follow these steps. Alternatively, you can wait for us to automatically migrate your property at some point during the coming months. (But worry not — we will contact you ahead of time and give you notice.) |
Direct Booking: Google Analytics (GA4) plug-in app now available |
You can now connect Google Analytics (GA4) to your Booking Engine via a plug-in app, granting access to valuable analytics, customisable reports, and general help highlighting the data that matters the most to you and your property. |
Demand Plus: new feature, Status change history, added |
You can now view a record of changes to your Demand Plus status via the SiteMinder platform, seeing when and why a status was changed, and by whom.
To access this new feature, simply click on Status change history at the bottom of your Demand Plus page. |
