Direct booking: new page to manage your unconfirmed reservations

You will now be notified of any unconfirmed Direct booking reservations via your Dashboard, from where you will be directed to a new page titled ‘Unconfirmed reservations’. You will need to confirm or discard these reservations (we recommend contacting guests before discarding reservations).

Direct booking: it’s now easier to restrict your direct rates using promo codes

When editing a direct booking rate, you can enable the new 'Restrict rate' toggle, which will ensure your rate is only shown on your booking engine when a customer enters the assigned promotion code.

Demand Plus: notification if your property details don’t match your Google Business profile

Your property details on your Google Business profile must match your property details in your SiteMinder platform in order for your property to show on Google Hotel Ads. To help you identify if your property details do not match, you will now be notified via the Demand Plus page with steps to correct your details.
