New features and improvements

The ability to automatically process payments using set rules for reservations has been extended to Direct Booking, in addition to Booking.com and Expedia. Direct Booking reservations will be supported when you have both Direct Bookings and Channel Manager enabled.

Group-level user authentication is now supported, enabling group/enterprise-level users to access payments at the property level.

If your account has been suspended due to a request or non-payment, you will see a new screen when logging in that displays the status of your account. Although your access will be restricted if this happens, the suspended status for non-payments should not impact your products, and your channels, Property Management Systems and Direct Booking integrations should continue functioning in the background.

Browser tabs now follow a naming convention that makes it easier for you to distinguish between multiple platform tabs when they are open simultaneously.
