Channel Manager: new rate multiplier override feature added

You can now set rate multiplier overrides according to specific dates at the channel level, an especially useful feature when tax and commission rates change over time.

Insights: refreshed user experience and pace report

The Insights interface has been updated to deliver a more seamless experience across the SiteMinder platform.

The pace report, in particular, has received significant improvements: date ranges are more flexible, letting you compare performance during any range, as well as year on year, to unlock real-time data and increase your control over the specific periods you want to analyse.

A new ‘Average Daily Rate’ section has also been added, making it easier to understand the impact of your rates on overall bookings; and you can now download full report data thanks to the new ‘Export’ feature, thereby giving you more access to and insights on your data than ever before.

Payment card details now concealed when printing reservations

Guests’ payment card details are now masked on printed reservations, thereby increasing security and decreasing the risk of theft and loss.
