New features and improvements

The Insights feature has received several enhancements: the report’s loading speed has been increased, new hover states have been added, and rate parity reports can now be downloaded as a .CSV file.

You can now sync your SiteMinder Pay channel transactions to your PMS, including manual payments, automated payments, and refunds, to save time and reduce the need to manually record and manage payments separately in your PMS. The PayStack payment gateway is now available in South Africa with the latest version of the Booking Engine, giving users in the country the option to capture payments through the Booking Engine instead of doing it manually at check-in and check-out. If you are currently using PayGate, PayStack will be your new payment gateway for direct booking once you are upgraded to the latest version of our Booking Engine.

Two new third-party plug-in apps, Sojourn and Lassie, have been added to Direct Booking to help supplement your direct booking service.
