As a Multi-Property admin, you can download a report showing who has access across your group and when each user last logged in. The report answers two questions in one place: who has access, and when did they last use SiteMinder. Use it to review access, spot inactive or former-employee accounts, and support your security and compliance checks, without needing to contact our support team.

💡 The report is available only in Multi-Property, and only to Multi-Property users with Admin permissions.

The report downloads as a single CSV file covering every user in your enterprise or group, not only the properties you manage directly. It includes both Multi-Property and property users. For each user it shows:

💡 The report is an on-demand download. It generates each time you download it, with no scheduling or notification, and is for reviewing access and activity only, so you cannot invite, edit or deactivate users from it.
