If your user account has access to more than one property, you can switch between them at any time using the property switcher.
Switch to a different property
To switch between properties in your SiteMinder platform:
Click your property name in the top navigation bar.
Select Property switcher.
In the Switch property dialog, search for or select the property you want to switch to.
Why can't I see the property switcher?
The property switcher only appears in the list of drop-down options if your user account has access to two or more properties.
If you expect you should have access to multiple properties but the property switcher is not showing, check the following:
You are logged in with the correct e-mail address associated with all your properties.
A user account has been set up for you at each property you need access to. Ask a colleague with User management permission at that property to add you as a user.
If you have recently been added to a new property, log out and log back in. The new property will automatically appear in your property switcher.
