View and manage notifications for your user account.

How will I receive notifications?

  • In-app notifications: log into your platform on your computer (click the bell icon) or open the mobile app (Notifications tab)

  • E-mail notifications: Sent directly to the e-mail address associated with your account

  • Push notifications: Pop-up alerts that appear on your mobile device screen (requires the mobile app)


What types of notifications can I receive?

Distribution alerts

Set up notifications to receive alerts about your channels and connectivities so you can resolve any issues quickly:

  • Channel connection issues

  • Channel disabled alerts

  • Channel rate disabled alerts

  • Channel performance updates (slow updates or service interruptions)

Dynamic Revenue Plus notifications

If you are subscribed to Dynamic Revenue Plus, you will get real-time alerts for:

  • Pricing recommendations and rate suggestions based on market data

  • Local event alerts that may affect demand in your area

  • Competitor rate changes and pricing updates

  • Booking pace updates


View notifications

When notification categories are turned on, you will see a complete list of these notifications in your platform and mobile app, in addition to any push or e-mail alerts you've enabled.

View notifications in your platform (desktop)

When you log into your platform on your computer, click on the bell icon, located in the top right corner next to your profile icon

  1. Click the bell icon in the header navigation

  2. Select View all to see your notifications for the past 90 days

  3. You can filter by clicking the toggle Show unread only

View your notifications in the mobile app

  1. Tap the Notifications tab at the bottom of your screen

  2. Filter notifications by category using Distribution or Dynamic pricing options

  3. Tap Select to mark multiple notifications as read at once


Manage notification preferences

Manage preferences via desktop

Log into your platform on your computer to manage which notifications you want to receive:

  1. Click the bell icon located in the top navigation bar of your dashboard

  2. Click View all

  3. Click on Settings (gear icon)

  4. Click on the toggle switches for each category to turn notifications on or off

  5. Tick the E-mail box next to any notifications you want delivered to your inbox

Note: To set up push notifications for your mobile device, you'll need to download and log into the mobile app > turn on mobile notifications in Notification settings.

Manage preferences via the mobile app

Download and log into the mobile app to manage your preferences for mobile and email notifications.

To turn on push alerts and get real-time notifications on your mobile device:

  1. Open the mobile app and tap on the settings gear icon

  2. Tap on Notification settings

  3. Tap on the toggle switches for each category to turn notifications on or off

  4. For each notification type, select your preferred delivery method:

  5. Tap the Bell icon to enable push notifications for your mobile device

  6. Tap the Envelope icon to get notifications via e-mail

Note:

  • Notification preferences are specific to each user account. Settings apply to all properties connected to your account

  • Default settings: All notification settings are turned on by default. You can disable any categories or delivery methods you don't need.
