Assign properties to a Multi-Property user
To assign properties to a user in Multi-Property:
Go to Multi-Property > Properties > Users tab.
Click on a user.
Click the ellipsis button (three dots button) > Assign properties.
Select which properties the user can access.
Set their permissions for the selected properties.
💡 Assigning a Multi-Property user to a property gives them access to that property via Multi-Property, but does not automatically grant them property-level permissions such as access to guest payment details. To access property-level functions, the user needs a separate property-level account created for them at that property, using a different e-mail address. A property-level user with User management access can do this via User management in the property platform.

Update the user's permissions for that property.
Edit or delete a Multi-Property user
Go to Multi-Property > Properties > Users tab.
Click on a user.
Click the Config tab.
To edit the user, click the Edit button.
To delete the user, click the ellipsis button (three dots button) > Delete user.

Why can't I see guest credit card details when I log in via Multi-Property?
To view payment card details for a reservation for a specific property, you need a separate property-level account with both Reservation details and operational reports and Guest payment details permissions enabled. A property-level user with User management access can create this account for you. The new account must use a different e-mail address from your Multi-Property login.
