This article is for customers who use Guest Engagement and/or SiteMinder Pay.
To enhance security, Booking.com has implemented settings that block any system (including SiteMinder) from sending messages to guests unless the system's e-mail address and any included links are approved.
If SiteMinder's domains are not on your Booking.com e-mail allowlist, your payment requests and Guest Engagement messages will not reach guests who booked through Booking.com.
SiteMinder domains to add
Add the following to your Booking.com allowlist.
@app.siteminder.com
@guestjoy.com
siteminder.com
guestjoy.com
