Data for your destination market includes:

  • Room revenue and total revenue

  • Total reservations and room nights

  • Average daily rate (ADR) and length of stay (ALOS)

  • Channel mix performance in your local market

  • Source market booking patterns

  • Market fulfilment and availability

Dynamic Revenue Plus is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Spain, and Mexico, and can be added to your existing SiteMinder plan. Go to Insights > Dynamic Revenue Plus to learn more or enquire here.


View destination market data

To view Destination market data in your booking performance and pace reports:

  1. Go to Insights > Booking performance or Pace.

  2. Use the Destination market filter at the top of the report to select your local region or country.

  3. Use the Destination market toggle on each relevant section to display market data.

💡Notes:

  • A destination market is the geographical area where your property is located. Your destination market region includes at least 30 other properties. If your property is in a remote location, the region may cover a larger area to include enough properties.

  • Data is derived from aggregated booking data from various distribution sources and is anonymised.

  • Destination market data is refreshed every 24 hours.


Pace report

With Dynamic Revenue Plus, view Destination market data in your pace report for:

  • Reservations — total number of completed reservations

  • Reservation revenue — total revenue from all reservations

  • Room nights — total number of room nights sold

  • Average daily rate (ADR)

  • Source market


Events and holidays

View demand-driving events and holidays in your pace report. Plan pricing for high and low demand periods using data about:

  • Local events and predicted accommodation demand.

  • Public and school holidays in your local market.

  • Holidays for your top source markets that may drive bookings.


Booking performance report

With Dynamic Revenue Plus, view Destination market data in your booking performance report for:

  • Total room revenue and total revenue

  • Number of reservations and cancellations

  • Total room nights

  • Average daily rate (ADR)

  • Average length of stay (ALOS)

Channel mix performance

In your booking performance report, view top performing channels for the local market ranked by room nights, room revenue, ADR, reservations, ALOS, average lead time and cancelled reservations.

Compare your channel performance against the market to identify opportunities to adjust your distribution strategy.

Source market trends

See which countries are driving bookings in your local market. For example, if your property is located in Australia, select 'Country' in the Destination market filter then view market data to see which countries are making bookings for accommodation in Australia. Access source market data for:

Availability report

The availability report shows you:
