View your notifications
To view notifications in your SiteMinder platform:
Click on the bell icon in the navigation bar.
Review notifications related to your connected channels and connectivity (PMS/RMS/CRS).
Click View all notifications to see a complete list.
Filter notifications by selecting All, Unread, or Read.
Click on any notification to view its full message.
Select a notification to mark it as read or to delete it.
What types of notifications will I receive?
Your SiteMinder platform notifications include alerts for:
New channel releases
Performance issues
Disabled channels
Channel rates status
Channel reservations (also sent directly by channels)
Connectivity inventory updates
Note: Notifications regarding channel reservations or connectivity inventory values that have not reached your platform yet should also be sent by your channels and connectivity (PMS/RMS/CRS) providers directly to you.
How do I turn e-mail notifications on or off?
To enable or disable e-mail notifications for distribution (channels and connectivity):
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My account.
Click Edit.
Tick or untick E-mail notifications for Distribution.
How do I manage notifications in the SiteMinder mobile app?
To turn on/off Distribution notifications in your SiteMinder mobile app:
Open the SiteMinder mobile app.
Tap on the settings icon.
Tap on Notification settings.
Enable or disable alerts for Distribution.
