Important to know:

  • To access your dashboard, log in > Dashboard page.

  • Your Dashboard displays information related to your active connected channels and reservations received through your platform.

Today’s reservations

This section shows a summary of today:

  • Arrivals : how many guests are checking in today.

  • Departures : how many guests are checking out today.

  • New bookings : how many guests made reservations today.

  • Stays : how many guests are staying at your property today.

  • Cancellations: how many reservations were cancelled today.

For more detail, click on the Reservations report button. This will take you to Reservations > Check-in reports.

Available room types

The Available room types section is a summary of all available room types for the next 10 nights. Use the All rooms filter to see the availability of a specific room type.

For more detail, click on the Inventory button. This will take you to Distribution > Inventory.

Pace summary

The Pace summary section shows sales insights from the last week and the next week, compared against last year.

The arrow icons show:

  • A green up-arrow shows an increase as a percentage against the same period from last year.

  • A red down-arrow shows a decline as a percentage against the same period from last year.

Last 7 days

This section shows last week’s data:

  • Rooms sold : the number of rooms sold (with stay dates) for the past seven days.

  • Revenue : calculated by adding up the nightly rate for each reservation booked for the past seven days.

  • ADR : the Average Daily Rate is calculated by dividing the Revenue with the Rooms sold ( with stay dates) for the past seven days.

Next 7 days

This section shows next week’s expected data:

  • Rooms sold : the number of rooms booked for the next seven days.

  • Revenue : calculated by adding up the nightly rate for each reservation booked for the next seven days.

  • ADR : the Average Daily Rate is calculated by dividing the Revenue with the Rooms sold for the next seven days .

For more details, dates, and to customise comparisons, click on the Pace report button to go to Insights > Pace.

Top channels

This graph shows the top four performing channels from the last 30 days. The Other bar represents all other connected channels (if you have more than four). If you hover over a bar, you can see the number of room nights booked for that channel.

Note:

  • For an in-depth look, click on the Channel mix button to go to your Insights > Booking performance report.

  • When you have more than four connected channels, the Other coloured bar represents the rest of your connected channels.

You can click on the button to access this Help Centre.

Property status

This section helps you identify problems with your reservations or channels so you can fix them.

You’ll see the following status notifications:

Reservation delivery failures today

Shows you how many reservations failed their delivery to your connectivity, also known as property management system (PMS); central reservations system (CRS); or revenue management system (RMS).

Click on the Reservation delivery failures today button to check the reservation details and their error messages.

Channels experiencing delayed updates

Shows the number of channels that recently experienced (or are currently experiencing) slow updates.

Disabled channel room rates

Shows the number of disabled room rates on your channel connections.

To find out which channel room rates are disabled or experiencing delayed updates, check the Channel status section on the Dashboard.

If your Property status displays an exclamation mark or a check mark, it could mean the following:

  • An exclamation mark : some or all of the issues mentioned above are happening.

  • A check mark : all of your reservations were successfully delivered to your connectivity, your channels’ sync is working, and your channel room rates are enabled.

Channel status

In this section, you can quickly see how many of your channels are enabled, disabled, or awaiting setup.

Click on the alert icons to see detailed error messages so you know how to resolve issues.

Note:

  • Each category displays some of your channels; to show them all, click on the More channels down arrow.

  • Find answers to .

  • For a more in-depth look into your channels, click on the My channels button to go to Distribution > Channels.

Enabled channels

This shows how many channels are enabled to receive your platform inventory updates and send guest reservations. Even when channels are enabled, they can still receive error messages:

  • Channel room rate disabled: appears if any of the channel room rates are disabled.

  • Slow updates: appears if the channel is experiencing delays on its sync.

Disabled channels

This shows the number of channels disabled with a Channel connection interrupted error.

Awaiting setup

This shows the number of channels awaiting activation by our technical team.

Channel activation may take anywhere between a few minutes to a couple of days, depending on the channel.

The gives property owners easy access, information, and seamless connectivity to relevant and trusted apps that solve everyday challenges. These apps help with everything from boosting sales, to guest communications, review management, and more.

You can click on the button to go to the hotel app store and explore all the apps offered.
