Today’s reservations

At the top of your Dashboard page, view a summary of today’s reservations:

  • Arrivals — reservations checking in today.

  • Departures — reservations checking out today.

  • New bookings — new reservations you received today.

  • Stays — number of reservations occupying your property today.

  • Cancellations — reservations cancelled today.

Available room types

See a summary of all your available room types for the next ten nights. You can filter availability for a specific room type.

Pace summary

In the Pace summary, see your property’s pace insights (rooms sold, revenue, and ADR) for the last seven days and the next seven days, compared to last year. Click on the “Pace report” link to go to Insights > Pace to view pace data in detail.

Top channels

The Top channels section shows you your top four performing channels with the number of room nights booked for the last 30 days. The Other bar represents all other connected channels (if you have more than four channels connected).

Click on the “Channel mix” link to go to Insights > Booking performance to view booking performance data in detail.

Property status

Check your property status to identify any issues with reservations or channels including statuses for:

  • Reservation delivery failures today — how many reservations failed their delivery to your PMS/RMS/CRS.

  • Channels experiencing delayed updates — any channels that are currently experiencing slow updates.

  • Disabled channel room rates —any room rates that are disabled on your connected channels. Ensure to map or delete any unwanted channel room rates from your platform and the channel’s extranet.

  • Unconfirmed reservations requiring action — any unconfirmed Direct booking reservations. If you have unconfirmed reservations, you should check your payment gateway to see if the payment has been received and that you still have inventory available for the reservation. Then you need to either confirm or discard the reservation.

Channel status

Under Channel status, see how many of your channels are enabled, disabled, or awaiting setup. Click on the alert icons to see detailed error messages.

Connectivities status

Connectivities status shows how many room rates are mapped to your connected PMS, RMS, or CRS, out of the total number of existing room rates in your platform. You will see the message “X of Y rates mapped”. If the values don’t match, it means that you have unmapped rates.

To avoid overbookings or missed reservations, you must make sure you map all of your required room rates from your SiteMinder platform to your property management system (PMS), revenue management system (RMS) or central reservations systems (CRS). Go to Distribution > Connectivities > Room and Rate Mapping > Unmapped.
