💡 Important to know:

  • To manage your plug-in apps, go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.

  • You must have an account with a plug-in app to integrate it with your direct booking engine.

  • Some plug-in apps charge fees to use their services — contact the provider directly to find out more.

Integrate HiJiffy

Respond to customers’ frequently asked questions with HiJiffy, an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot that can communicate across multiple channels.

💡 You must have an account with HiJiffy to integrate it with your direct booking engine. For more information, visit the HiJiffy website.

Follow the steps below to integrate HiJiffy with your direct booking engine.

  1. Go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.

  2. Find HiJiffy and click on it.

  3. Fill in your direct booking engine channel code , found at the end of your direct booking engine’s URL — for example, if your URL was https://book-directonline.com/properties/yourhoteldirect, then your code is “yourhoteldirect”.

  4. Fill in your HiJiffy Account ID (provided by HiJiffy).

  5. Click Enable. Once complete, your integration with HiJiffy will be active.

Integrate Book Me Bob

Book Me Bob, an AI chatbot honed by real hoteliers and customers, is updated regularly with new data from accommodation providers, thereby providing intelligent answers to guests’ questions.

💡 You must have an account with Book Me Bob to integrate it with your direct booking engine. For more information, visit the Book Me Bob website.

Follow these steps to integrate Book Me Bob with your direct booking engine:

  1. Go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.

  2. Find Book Me Bob and click on it.

  3. Fill in your Group and Integration keys (both provided by Book Me Bob).

  4. Click Enable and your integration with Book Me Bob will be active.
