To manage your plug-in apps, go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.
You must have an account with a plug-in app to integrate it with your direct booking engine.
Some plug-in apps charge fees to use their services — contact the provider directly to find out more.
Introduction to ADA Tray
ADA Tray is a widget that can help you adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by enhancing the browsing experience and overall accessibility of your direct booking engine for those with visual and/or mobile impairments. Once integrated, the ADA Tray widget will be visible on every page of your direct booking engine and summoned by clicking on a customizable icon or hitting esc on a keyboard.
💡 You must have an account with ADA Tray to integrate it with your direct booking engine.
Integrate ADA Tray
Go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.
Find ADA Tray and click on it.
Enter the Property ID provided by ADA Tray.
Click on Enable.
💡 Note:
To check that the ADA Tray widget has been activated successfully, access the live (customer-facing) version of your direct booking engine.
You can log into the ADA Tray Portal to configure the widget’s location and buttons and to track its usage.
