About the booking performance report

To access the Booking performance report, go to Insights > Booking performance.

The booking performance report gives you access to performance data for your property. Gain insights into which rooms, rates, channels, and source markets are generating the most reservations.

Note:

  • Your property data is sourced from bookings received through all your connected channels, including Direct booking.

  • Some channels do not record the reservation revenue on a reservation. These reservations are still included in the booking performance report, but they are excluded from the ADR calculation.

  • If you receive reservations in multiple currencies, these reservations are converted to what your default currency was on the booked-on date. Our currency conversion rate is based on xe.com.

Booking performance summary

View a summary of your property’s booking performance at the top of the report. View the following data:

  • Reservations (after cancellations) — the total number of reservations, excluding any cancellations.

  • Room nights — the total number of room nights sold.

  • Avg. lead time — how many days in advance, on average, rooms are booked before the check-in date. (The total lead time divided by the total number of reservations.)

  • Avg. daily rate (ADR) — the average revenue earned for an occupied room, per day. (The total revenue divided by the number of rooms sold.)

  • Avg. length of stay (ALOS) — the average length of stay. (The total length of stay divided by the total number of reservations.)
