💡 Important to know:

  • To access Demand Plus, go to Distribution > Demand Plus.

Pause Demand Plus

When you pause Demand Plus, your rates will no longer be listed on the metasearch channels Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor, and you will stop receiving direct bookings through them — however, you can reactivate Demand Plus at any time, regardless of whether you pause it temporarily or indefinitely.

To pause Demand Plus, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Distribution > Demand Plus.

  2. Under More information , click on Pause Demand Plus.

  3. Select how long you want your Demand Plus account to be paused for.

    • For a temporary pause — select 1 month , 3 months , 6 months , or a Custom date. Your account will be automatically reactivated once this period has elapsed.

    • For an indefinite pause — select Suspend indefinitely. With this option, you will need to manually reactivate Demand Plus when you want to use it again.

  4. Provide the reason why you are pausing your account.

  5. Click on Pause.

  6. Once complete, you will see the label Suspended on the Demand Plus page.

💡 Pausing Demand Plus will not affect existing reservations gained through the service; the reservations will remain active and be included in future invoices. You will still need to review your Demand Plus statement to update any cancelled or no-show reservations for future dates.

Reactivate Demand Plus

After Demand Plus has been paused, you can reactivate it at any time to resume receiving direct bookings through the metasearch channels Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor.

To reactivate Demand Plus, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Distribution > Demand Plus.

  2. Click on Reactivate Demand Plus. (This will only be visible if Demand Plus is paused.)

  3. Once complete, you will see the label Active on the Demand Plus page.

💡 After reactivating Demand Plus, it may take several days for your rates to be listed on the metasearch channels Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor.
