Set which e-mail addresses receive notifications for Guest Engagement. You can choose recipients for each type of notification:
Offer confirmations (guest orders)
Feedback
Check-in messages
Technical messages
To set your notification e-mail addresses:
In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > Notifications.
Enter e-mail addresses for each notification type.
💡 To send notifications to more than one address, separate each address with a comma and no spaces.
For example:
