Login to GDS by SiteMinder
Go to Manage > Availability > Availability View
You will then see the below screen:
From this screen:
Select the Arrival and Departure Dates for which you want to check rate availability
Under Select Room Types tick the box next to Rooms , to select all room types
Under Select Rate Types Click on the + icon, next to Rates , to expand the selection
Click on the + icon, next to Negotiated Rates to expand the list of negotiated rates
Tick the box next to the negotiated rate that you wish to check availability for
Click the blue Check Availability button to generate the results
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to see the Available Results.
The available rate(s) and room types and pricing results will display.
If a rate is not available it will appear under the Unavailable Results section.
NOTE: If the rate is showing as available here in Availability View , this is confirmation that the rate will be visible in the Global Distribution System (GDS). Likewise, if the rate appears under Unavailable Results here, then the rate will not be visible in the GDS.
