The Rate Production report tracks gross, cancelled and net bookings and for all rates and includes customisable top rankings and extended stay statistics.
Log in to GDS by SiteMinder
Go to Reports > Reports > Rates > Rate Production
You will then see the below screen.
Select the date range and click Generate Report at the top of the screen.
A window will pop up with the report results.
Save results by downloading as Excel, preferably.
Click on the disk icon and select Excel from the drop down.
The report will then download to your computer, click on the download once complete to open the report file in Excel format and save to your preferred location.
