About your tax invoices for SiteMinder Pay
Download monthly tax invoices for SiteMinder Pay, which include all the payments and refunds you have processed through SiteMinder Pay, and the transaction fees charged. These invoices are useful for tax and accounting purposes.
To download a monthly tax invoice for SiteMinder Pay, go to Payments > Invoices tab > click Generate.
The invoice for SiteMinder Pay will include the following details:
Field | Description |
Transfer Currency | Your daily payouts will be transferred in this currency. |
Payments totalling | All payments (such as through teh Virtual terminal, and reservation payments, including Automated payments) you have processed through SiteMinder Pay for the month. |
Refunds totalling | The total amount of refunds you have processed through SiteMinder Pay for the month. |
Fees charged | The fee charged per transaction. |
Total | The final total amount which will be paid out, unless there is an amount due (if your balance is negative). |
Amount Due | Shows the balance due. |
Download tax invoices for SiteMinder Pay
To download a monthly tax invoice for SiteMinder Pay:
Go to Payments > Invoices tab.
Next to the month you want to generate the invoice for, click on Generate.
The invoice will be sent to the registered e-mail address of your SiteMinder Pay account.
