How do I perform payment reconciliation for Payouts?
“Payment reconciliation” is when an accountant compares financial records with the records on the platform (including the Payouts page). This is a way of checking that financial records are accurate.
For the SiteMinder Payments gateway
Go to Payments > Payouts tab, then click on any payout to view the included payments.
For third-party payment gateways
Log in to or contact the third-party payment gateway to reconcile payments between the payment gateway, your bank account, and reservations from the platform.
Where are the funds stored before the next payout?
For the SiteMinder Payments gateway
Funds are stored in your SiteMinder Payments account before they are paid out. To check this amount, go to Payments > Payouts and look at the Account balance. about .
For third-party payment gateways
Third-party payment gateways handle funds in different ways. Log into or contact the third-party payment gateway to find out more.
Can I change when payouts are made?
For the SiteMinder Payments gateway
This cannot be changed. Payouts are sent on a regular schedule of about once per day.
For third-party payment gateways

Why have funds not been received in my bank account?
If you have been expecting a payout, but the funds have not arrived in your bank account, check the following:
Have the payments been received by the platform? - check Payments > Transactions to make sure the payments entered the platform.
Have you waited for payment processing? - if you are using SiteMinder Payments, this takes around 2 days. If using a third-party payment gateway, time periods can vary.
Has the payout been sent yet? - you can check this in Payments > Payouts. This takes around 1 day.
Have you waited for the bank transfer? - this can take a number of days, depending on your country.
