Manage your plug-in apps

Your direct booking engine integrates with a multitude of third-party plug-in apps designed for the hospitality industry, apps that not only complement the functionalities of your direct booking engine, but also help improve your property's user experience and conversion.

In the Plug-in apps tab, you can see all of the plug-ins you can integrate with. Each one is shown along with the status of its integration, Enabled or Disabled , and clicking on it will show you more information.

You can also navigate through the apps by changing the sort order and filtering by category and/or status ( Enabled or Disabled ).

💡 The Clear all button removes all filters.

Edit one of your plug-in app’s credentials

  1. Go to Direct booking > Configuration > Plug-in apps.

  2. Find the plug-in app you want to edit, and click on it.

  3. On the Credentials tile, click on the edit button.

  4. On the Actions menu, click on Edit credentials.

  5. Edit the fields, as required.

  6. Click on Save.
