What are Info cards for your Concierge?
In Guest Engagement, Info cards are digital content cards that you add to your digital directory within your Concierge. Each card contains specific information about your property that guests can access throughout their stay.
To add a new Info card, go to Guest Engagement > Directory > Info cards.
To preview your Guest directory, go to Guest Engagement > Directory > Open directory.
Types of Info cards available
Short text cards
Best for brief information such as:
Check-in and check-out times
Parking details
Housekeeping information
Meeting room details
You can add text formatting, images and links to short text cards. The description appears when a guest clicks the card.
Subpage cards
Ideal for longer content that needs its own page with a unique URL. Use subpages for:
Guest room appliance instructions
Local restaurant recommendations
Important phone numbers
Detailed property information
Image cards
Perfect for visual information like:
Resort maps
Local attraction maps
Property floor plans
When guests click an image card, it displays full-size with the card name shown at the bottom.
Video cards
Use video cards to share:
Property tours
Welcome messages
Historical information
Supports YouTube and Vimeo videos. Only the video name is displayed.
Link cards
Use link cards to direct guests to:
Your property website
Booking pages
PDF menus
External resources
Link cards only display the link name without descriptions.
