Set your property email address and notification recipients in Guest Engagement

Property email address

Set your email address for Guest Engagement that guests will reply to when sending email messages:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Communication > Settings.

  2. Under Email, click Configure.

  3. Enter your property email address in the Property email address field.

  4. Click Save.

💡 The “From” Outgoing email address field: Your outgoing Guest Engagement emails are sent from the domain 'propertyname@guestjoy.com' (this was previously 'propertyname@guestjoyemail.com').

Notification settings

Set up which email addresses get the following types of notifications for Guest Engagement:

  • Offer confirmations (guest orders)

  • Feedback

  • Check-in messages

  • Technical messages

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Enter email addresses for each notification type.

💡 To send notifications to multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma without spaces. For example:

email1@hotel.com,email2@hotel.com,email3@hotel.com
