Set up your Guest Engagement email address
Set the email address that will receive replies and notifications for guest orders and special requests for for Guest Engagement:
In Guest Engagement, go to Communication > Settings.
Under Email, click Configure.
Enter your property email address in the Property email address field.
Click Save.
💡 The “From” Outgoing email address field: Your outgoing Guest Engagement emails are sent from the domain 'propertyname@guestjoy.com' (this was previously 'propertyname@guestjoyemail.com').
Update notification settings for Guest Engagement
Set up which email addresses get different types of notifications for Guest Engagement:
In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > Notifications.
Enter email addresses for each notification type:
Offer confirmations
Feedback
Check-in messages
Technical messages
💡 To send notifications to multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma without spaces. For example:
email1@hotel.com,email2@hotel.com,email3@hotel.com
