Notification settings for Guest Engagement

Set up your Guest Engagement email address

Set the email address that will receive replies and notifications for guest orders and special requests for for Guest Engagement:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Communication > Settings.

  2. Under Email, click Configure.

  3. Enter your property email address in the Property email address field.

  4. Click Save.

💡 The “From” Outgoing email address field: Your outgoing Guest Engagement emails are sent from the domain 'propertyname@guestjoy.com' (this was previously 'propertyname@guestjoyemail.com').

Update notification settings for Guest Engagement

Set up which email addresses get different types of notifications for Guest Engagement:

  1. In Guest Engagement, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Enter email addresses for each notification type:

  • Offer confirmations

  • Feedback

  • Check-in messages

  • Technical messages

💡 To send notifications to multiple addresses, separate each address with a comma without spaces. For example:

email1@hotel.com,email2@hotel.com,email3@hotel.com
