The system log shows you a record of changes made in Guest Engagement. This helps you track who made changes and when.

View the system log

To view changes made in Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement.

  2. Go to Settings > System log.

  3. View changes listed by date, user, and type of change.

  4. Click the Filter button to search for specific changes.

  5. Click the Info button next to a change to see more details.
