View guest analytics in Guest Engagement:

  1. Go to Guest Engagement > Analytics > Guests.

View reservation statistics

View Guest Engagement statistics for the next 30 days:

  • Total reservations: Total number of guest bookings.

  • With email addresses: Number and percentage of bookings with guest emails.

  • From Booking.com: Number and percentage of Booking.com reservations.

  • From Expedia: Number and percentage of Expedia reservations.

  • With phone number: Number and percentage of guests with phone numbers.

View the guests chart

The guests chart shows:

  • Total guests (yellow): All reservations.

  • Emailable guests (green): Reservations with valid email addresses.

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly breakdown options.

View guest segments

Guest data is based on the past 30 and coming 30 days' reservations, broken down by:

  • Length of stay.

  • Rate codes.

  • Languages.

  • Other booking details.

Language preferences

Review the language breakdown chart to:

  • Identify commonly spoken guest languages.

  • Consider activating additional languages if they represent 10-15% of reservations.

  • Plan for guest communications in their preferred language.
