Set up mobile rates

Mobile rates let you offer discounts or exclusive pricing to guests booking from a mobile device. Where you set up mobile rates depends on how the booking is made.

  • Direct Booking: You can enable mobile rates directly in your rate plan settings

  • Booking channels (OTAs): Contact the channel directly to set up mobile-only discounts

Set up mobile rates for Direct Booking

To set up mobile-only rates for Direct Booking:

  1. Go to Rooms and rates > Rate plans.

  2. Create a new rate plan or click an existing one to edit it.

  3. Find the Direct booking controls section.

  4. Turn on the Restrict rate to mobile device toggle.

  5. Save your changes.

💡 Mobile rates only display to guests visiting your direct booking engine on a mobile device. They will not appear on desktop.

Disable mobile rates for Direct Booking

To disable mobile-only rates for Direct Booking:

  1. Go to Rooms and rates > Rate plans.

  2. Find the rate plan, click on it, then select Edit.

  3. Find the Direct booking controls section.

  4. Turn off the Restrict rate to mobile device toggle.

  5. Save your changes.

Mobile rates not showing

If your mobile rates are not appearing on your direct booking engine:

  • Check you are viewing the booking engine on a mobile device. Rates restricted to mobile will not show on desktop

  • Verify the Restrict rate to mobile device toggle is turned on under Direct booking controls
