View and update your account settings via My account

View and edit your account details and preferences, such as name, language, and phone number.

Manage your user details

Only you can edit your own account details.

To view and update your user details:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Select My account

  3. Click on the Edit button

Each user must log into their own account to change these details. Only you can edit your own account details.

Users with User Management permission cannot edit the first name, last name, phone number, or language fields of other users.

Phone number

This is your personal phone number. Note this does not relate to MFA - phone is not supported for MFA. To update your property phone number (for guests and booking engine), go to your property settings.

💡 The date formats in your platform (DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY) are based on your workstation/computer’s time and date settings.

Changing your e-mail address

⚠️ Your account E-mail address cannot be edited. If you need to edit your e-mail address, you will need to create a new user account with the correct e-mail address, then delete the old account.

Set up or reset multi-factor authentication (MFA) manually

  • Set up MFA manually via your account, if you've previously dismissed set up MFA prompts

  • Reset MFA yourself if you can still log in and can access your current MFA method

  • You can view your current MFA status (not set up or Enabled) via your My account page. Note it will not show what specific MFA app you have enabled.

⚠️ Phone, SMS, and email are not supported for MFA.
