Manage your property settings, room types, and channels in Multi-Property. You can update room type configuration and connectivity codes for all properties at once, making it easier to manage your hotel group.
Manage property details in Multi-Property
In Multi-Property, go to Properties > Properties.
Click on a property.
Here you can manage the property's brand, address, time zone, clusters, and room types. Note that to update a property's address, use the View in channel manager button.
Manage brands
Brands and clusters help you organise and filter properties efficiently. For example, if you manage hotels across different chains and locations:
Create brands to represent each hotel chain.
Set up clusters to group properties by location type.
Combine brand and cluster filters to find specific property groups.
To create and manage brands, go to Properties > Brands tab > Add brand.
Note: Properties can only have one brand at a time.
Once assigned to a property, you can view the assigned brand in Properties > Properties > Click on a property > view the brand assigned to the property.
Manage clusters in Multi-Property
In Multi-Property, go to Properties > Properties.
Click on a property.
Click the Clusters tab.
You can view, add, or remove clusters for your property from this tab.
Manage channels in Multi-Property
In Multi-Property, go to Properties > Properties.
Click on a property.
Click the Channels tab.
From here you can:
Enable or disable channels
Add new channels
Remove channels
View channel rates
Manage users
In Multi-Property, go to Properties > Properties.
Click on a property.
Click the Users tab.
Here you can update user permissions in Multi-Property or go to the Users page to add and remove users.
Connectivity mapping codes
Before you start, note:
New codes only apply to new rate mappings in Multi-Property
Check codes match your connectivity (PMS/RMS/CRS) to prevent issues
In Multi-Property, go to Properties > Properties.
Click on a property.
Click the Room types tab.
Add, edit, or remove codes for each room type.
