Upload photos
To upload photos:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
In Website Builder, go to Photos and Videos.
Drag photos into the upload box.
Or click the box to select photos from your computer.
Click Open to upload.
How do I add photos to a specific room?
To add and change photos for a specific room type on your website:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
Go to Website Pages.
Select Room Types in the menu on the left.
Select the room type you want to update.
Click the Add Photo tile.
Choose photos from your Website Builder photo library.
Click Save.
💡 The photos must first be uploaded to your Library in Website Builder before they can be selected here.
Image requirements

Create photo albums
Use Website Builder to organise your photos into albums that showcase your property.
To create an album:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
In Website Builder, go to Photos and Videos.
Click Photo Albums.
Click Add Album.
Enter the album name.
Click Add Photo.
Select photos to include.
Click Save Album.
Preview and publish your changes.
💡 Note: Upload your photos before creating albums.
Customise your gallery
Use Website Builder to control which photo albums appear on your gallery page.
To manage your gallery:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
In Website Builder, go to Website Pages.
Select Gallery.
Click Add Album to display albums.
Drag albums to change their display order.
Click Save.
Preview and publish your changes.
Add videos
Use Website builder to add YouTube or Vimeo videos to your website.
To add a video:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
In Website builder, go to Photos and Videos.
Click Videos.
Enter the YouTube URL or Vimeo embed code
Click Add.
To add a video to your homepage:
In Website builder, go to Website Pages.
Select Home.
Find Promotional Video Banner.
Tick the checkbox to show videos.
Update the section title if needed.
Click Add video.
Select your video.
Click Save.
Preview and publish your changes.
To add a video to other pages:
Go to Direct Booking > Website Builder.
In Website builder, go to Website Pages.
Select your page.
Click Add video section.
Click Add Video.
Select your video.
Click Save.
Preview and publish your changes.
Add files
Use Website builder to add documents like PDFs that visitors can download.
To upload a file:
In Website builder, go to Photos and Videos.
Click File.
Drag your file into the upload box or click to select it.
Click Open.
To link to a file:
In Website builder, go to Photos and Videos.
Click Files.
Click Copy next to the file URL.
Go to the page where you want to add the link.
Highlight the text for your link.
Click the link icon.
Paste the URL.
Click OK.
Click Save.
Preview and publish your changes.
Delete images
To delete photos in your Website builder library:
Go to Direct Booking > Website builder > Photos and videos > Photos.
Hover over the photo.
Click the trash icon.
Click Confirm.
