View upsell performance
To view your analytics for your upsell offers in Guest Engagement:
Go to Guest Engagement > Analytics > Upsell.
View the following data:
Offer statistics showing how many guests view and book your offers.
Monthly table showing Concierge visits, unique guests, total orders, paid orders and revenue.
Revenue and orders charts to visualise performance.
Order category breakdown for the last 90 days.
View performance charts
The Guest Engagement Analytics > Upsell page includes:
Upsell table: View Concierge visits, unique guests, total orders, paid orders and revenue.
Revenue chart: View your gross upsell revenue daily, weekly, or monthly.
Orders chart: See the number of orders placed over time.
Order category breakdown: Shows which types of offers generate the most revenue over the last 90 days.
Understand your offer performance
Use the data to see how well your offers perform. Here's what different patterns tell you:
Healthy offers have a good ratio of views to orders, showing guests want the offer, the price is fair, and you provide enough information.
High views but few orders mean guests are interested but something stops them from booking. Review your pricing or adjust the descriptions.
Low views and few orders suggest guests may not be interested. Consider removing these offers or improving the offer name and image.
