Amazon Web Services is the email service provider used when your property sends emails to guests via the platform.

Update your property’s sender policy framework (SPF) records

To update your property’s SPF records, please add the following SPF entry in your DNS server: include:spf.guestjoy.com

include:spf.guestjoy.com

After doing this, your SPF record will look something like: v=spf1 include:spf.guestjoy.ccom include:netaffinity.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

v=spf1 include:spf.guestjoy.com include:netaffinity.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

💡 Please allow at least 48 hours from making the update, prior to sending your first campaign email, as the configuration changes map take up to 48 hours to take effect.
